How to Care for Your Bags

  • Always keep your bags in a ventilated, cool, dry space away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. 
  • Spot clean only using a damp cloth with mild detergent, dish soap, or gentle soap and cold/ room temperature water.
  •  Do not machine wash, bleach, spin, soak, tumble dry or use softeners and harsh chemicals.
  • Dry in a cool, shaded, and ventilated place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat.
  • Spot clean sweat and bodily oils that may oxidise fabric.
  • Never use bleach, chlorine-containing disinfectants, or strong alkaline cleaners.
  • Do not use high-temperature drying or ironing. 
  • Ensure bag is completely dry before storage.
  • For extended storage, keep it in a breathable cotton bag instead of plastic bag which can trap moisture. Avoid hanging bags with heavy loads which causes tension in fabric
