Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unopened, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fennecfolk.com. We will assess the return request on a case-by-case basis and inform you on the next step.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that we are not responsible for item(s) that are lost or which cannot be located prior to being received by us, hence you are encouraged to use a trackable form of delivery to send your returns to us.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fennecfolk.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to issue store credit in the form of a store credit or a cash refund to you if any item(s) is unavailable or out of stock. We may ask you to provide us with such reasonable assistance as we may require, including providing photographs of the item(s). In the event that we ask you to return any item(s) to us, we will make the arrangements for such return (the costs of which will be borne by us). You should note that any item(s) that are defective, damaged or incorrect should be in its original purchase condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused, unmarked, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Color Variations: A 20% color variation is normal and not grounds for return.
Measurement Variations: A 1-2 cm difference in measurements is acceptable and not considered a defect.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, and/or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
