Spot clean only using a damp cloth with mild detergent or gentle soap. Do not machine wash, bleach, spin, soak, tumble dry or use softeners. Dry in a cool and ventilated place.
It's absolutely phenomenal! Have been using it for trips with my boy. My husband also approves 💚We have been using it a lot lot haha but it's reaally the best 💕💕And now you're sharing the other colors, I'm contemplating if I need another one in a color that I like, but I'm having a hard time deciding because having that one green chapter is really all I need. It's so adequate! All you really need is one bag, and it took care of everything 😅

The material is really smooth and nice, and very easy to clean if stained. There are so many compartments that I can't even use all of them. It fits an insane amount of stuff, I could fit cartons of milk, my laptop, my Nintendo Switch, notebooks, etc, all at once. Even when filled to the brim, the backpack doesn't look fat or chunky. I thought I would rotate this with my other backpacks, but don't think I will be using any of my other backpacks from now on.
The Chapter is so thoughtfully designed by someone who clearly knows what people need! The owner is also incredibly kind and thoughtful, going the extra mile for her customers always.
I received my order the other day and am obsessed with all the compartments. So incredibly thoughtful and well made. I’m a second time mum but it’s my very first proper diaper bag purchase and imagine the upgrade it is for me cause previously I just used a tote!! 🤣 but with 2 kids now it’s impossible. I CANNOT WAIT to bring it out and to also gift the second piece to my bestie who’s expecting. Finally receive the backpack! The material is so smooth and there's quite a few zip available..to ease the trouble of unloading if the items are deeper in the bag!
