These bags are perfectly functional but minor , mostly cosmetic defects exist (>90% standard unless listed otherwise in options). They are still completely ready to serve you and your family.
Examples of defects may include:
- Minor stains or discolouration behind logo/on strap or zipper puller
- Slightly misaligned logo
- Slightly misaligned magnet closure (but can still close) on front removable pouch
- Slightly imperfect stitching that doesn't affect function
- Slightly stained stitching on logo
- (80-90% standard listings) discoloured top straps (see listing photo for example, note that due to lighting, it is difficult to capture on camera)/ tiny pinholes on handphone mesh pocket strap
If you require the baby set (stroller straps and diaper changing mat), please leave a note and we will include it for you.

Loved the functionality the bag gives! Only issue I had was with the straps. They are a tad slippery on shoulders. Might be the length issue. Even after shortening to the max, it was still too long. Tried the clip method but the clip didn’t stay put. It kept sliding off and messing up the lengths. Happy if it could go shorter and stay that position cause the buckle (for ease of lengthening/shortening but it also pose as a disadvantage as it moves even after shortening to the max. Especially carrying it on one side)
I just wanted to say how much I love your bag and how genuinely useful it has been for me, especially as a single mum who is often alone and babywears most of the time. I don’t have to carry a separate bag and a small pouch just to keep my keys and other little essentials. Everything fits so nicely in one place, which makes things so much easier for me when I’m out with my baby.
I also really want to thank you for having the imperfect selection. To be honest, the original price is a little steep for me at the moment, so having the additional discount made it much more affordable and really helped me. 🥹
